Built for aspiring reps · Immediate access once approved
Most candidates think:
- “I need a better résumé.”
- “I need more interviews.”
- “I need more experience.”
They’re wrong.
The candidates who break into medical sales aren’t always:
- The smartest.
- The most medically knowledgeable.
- Or the most experienced.
They’re the candidates who convince hiring managers of one thing:
“I am ready.”
- Ready to learn.
- Ready to sell.
- Ready to create value.
- Ready to perform.
That’s exactly what Break Into Medical Sales: The Insider Blueprint™ helps you become.
Not someone who hopes to get hired.
Someone hiring managers can’t ignore.
Someone who walks into interviews knowing:
“I belong here.”
Because when you become competent…
When you become prepared…
When you become certain…
You become:
UNIGNORABLE™
The Brutal Truth
Why a Degree Alone Won’t Get You Into Medical Sales
Your Healthcare Experience Isn’t Getting You Hired.
And Your Motivation Isn’t Getting You Hired Either.
I know that sounds harsh.
But if you’ve been trying to figure out how to get into medical sales for months — or even years — you already know it’s true.
Every day, smart and motivated people apply for medical sales jobs believing:
“Once they see my résumé, they’ll know I’m a great fit.”
They won’t.
Some believe:
“My degree will make me stand out.”
It won’t.
A degree is important. But in medical sales, it’s often the price of admission — not the reason you get hired.
Others believe:
“My healthcare experience will make me irresistible.”
Wrong again.
In fact, this is one of the most dangerous beliefs in the industry.
I know because I made the same mistake.
- I had extensive medical knowledge.
- I taught anatomy.
- I worked in pathology.
- I was certified in nuclear medicine.
And when I first started selling… I failed miserably.
Because doctors weren’t hiring me. And hiring managers weren’t impressed by what I knew. They cared about something else.
Can this person:
- Learn quickly?
- Build relationships?
- Handle rejection?
- Follow up relentlessly?
- Sell to highly intelligent healthcare professionals?
- Create value?
- Produce results?
That’s what medical sales companies buy.
Not knowledge.
Not potential.
Results.
And here’s the painful part…
Every month you spend polishing your résumé. Every month you spend waiting for recruiters. Every month you spend hoping another application will finally be the one…
Someone else is getting hired.
Often someone with less education, less healthcare knowledge, less intelligence — but more preparation. More sales ability. More confidence. More understanding of what hiring managers are actually looking for.
That’s frustrating.
It’s unfair.
And it’s happening every single day.
You are not losing opportunities because you’re incapable.
You’re losing opportunities because nobody taught you the rules of the game.
They told you:
- Get a degree.
- Build a résumé.
- Apply online.
- Prepare for interviews.
- Cross your fingers.
But hiring managers aren’t looking for candidates who hope they can do the job. They’re looking for candidates who already think like medical sales professionals.
People who understand:
- how healthcare sales works,
- how to communicate value,
- how to uncover needs,
- how to persist,
- and how to create results.
That’s why this page exists.
Because once you understand what hiring managers are actually buying, you stop trying to look impressive. And start becoming:
Unignorable™
Most Candidates Try to Look Like Medical Sales Professionals.
Our Candidates Become Medical Sales Professionals Before They’re Hired.
That’s the difference.
And once you understand it…
Everything changes.
Most candidates obsess over
- their résumé,
- their LinkedIn profile,
- their interview answers,
- and whether someone will finally give them a chance.
Our candidates obsess over
Becoming so prepared… so competent… and so capable… that hiring managers start asking:
“How quickly can we get this person into the field?”
Because hiring managers are not hiring who you are today. They’re hiring the person they believe you’ll become.
And this program helps you become that person now.
Not someday.
Not after years in the field.
Now.
That’s why our candidates don’t walk into interviews hoping. They walk into interviews thinking:
- “I understand this industry.”
- “I know how healthcare professionals buy.”
- “I know how to uncover needs.”
- “I know how to create value.”
- “I know I can do this.”
That’s confidence.
Not because someone told you to believe in yourself. Because you earned it.
From the Founder · Mace Horoff
I Could Hold My Own in Any Clinical Conversation… And I Failed Miserably in Medical Sales.
I know what it’s like to believe:
“If I know enough… if I’m smart enough… if I’m qualified enough… someone will eventually give me a chance.”
Because that’s exactly what I believed. And I was wrong.
Before I ever stepped into medical sales, I had already spent years immersed in medicine. I studied anatomy at the University of Florida College of Medicine. I completed many of the same basic science courses as medical and dental students. I taught anatomy to physician assistant and physical therapy students. I worked in surgical and autopsy pathology. I became certified in nuclear medicine.
I knew anatomy.
I knew physiology.
I knew disease.
I knew how to speak to doctors.
I thought I was the perfect candidate for medical sales.
Then I started selling. And I failed. Spectacularly.
I walked into doctors’ offices believing my medical knowledge would impress them. I thought: “I’ve spent my life around physicians. I can speak their language. This should be easy.”
It wasn’t.
The doctors didn’t see me as a colleague. They saw me as a salesperson. And all the knowledge in the world didn’t matter if I couldn’t do one thing:
Sell.
I was frustrated. Embarrassed. Ready to quit. Because at the time, I believed something a lot of people still believe today: that great salespeople are born. You either have “the gift of gab”… or you don’t.
Thankfully… I discovered I was wrong.
Sales wasn’t magic. It wasn’t personality. It wasn’t manipulation.
It was a process. A skill. A system. Something that could be learned.
And I discovered something even more important. My medical knowledge wasn’t valuable because it made me look smart. It was valuable because it helped me ask better questions. It helped me understand the customer’s world. It helped me uncover problems. It helped me become useful.
That’s when everything changed.
Selling became easier. More enjoyable. And most importantly… it started producing results.
I went on to spend more than twenty years in orthopedic implant sales. I built territories. I trained sales professionals. I hired reps. I spoke at national sales meetings. I wrote books on medical sales. I’ve helped thousands of professionals through Medical Sales Academy.
But I never forgot the lesson that changed my life:
Knowledge doesn’t make you successful. The ability to create value does.
And that’s why I created Break Into Medical Sales: The Insider Blueprint™ — because I’m tired of watching smart, hardworking people waste months, sometimes years, trying to break into this industry the wrong way.
You do not need another résumé expert.
You do not need another motivational speaker.
You do not need someone who teaches interview tricks.
You need someone who understands:
- What hiring managers are looking for.
- What healthcare companies value.
- How medical sales actually works.
- And how to help you become the kind of candidate they can’t ignore.
Because I’ve been where you are. I’ve made the mistakes. I’ve learned the lessons. And I’ve built the system I wish I’d had when I was starting out — a system designed to help you become:
UNIGNORABLE™
The Six Lies Keeping You Stuck
Everything You Thought You Knew About Breaking In May Be Costing You the Career You Want.
That’s not an exaggeration.
In fact, some of the advice you’ve been given may be the very reason you’re still struggling. Let’s talk about the six biggest lies.
Lie #1
“My degree will get me hired.”
No. It won’t — at least not by itself.
A degree is important, and many medical sales jobs require one. But a degree only proves you finished school. It does NOT prove you can sell, build relationships, persist, follow up, influence healthcare professionals, or produce revenue.
Companies don’t hire degrees. They hire future performers. Every year, candidates with impressive credentials get beaten out by people who are simply better prepared.
Lie #2
“My healthcare background gives me an advantage.”
Sometimes. But not the advantage you think — and sometimes it can actually hurt you.
I know, because I made this mistake myself. I had extensive medical training, taught anatomy, worked in pathology, and was certified in nuclear medicine. I thought doctors would be impressed. They weren’t.
Doctors don’t buy from people because they’re knowledgeable. Hiring managers don’t hire people because they’re knowledgeable. They choose people who understand how to solve problems, communicate value, and help people make decisions.
Knowledge is useful. But knowledge alone doesn’t make you Unignorable™.
Lie #3
“I just need to apply to more jobs.”
This is one of the most expensive lies in the industry. Every month you spend sending applications, refreshing LinkedIn, and waiting for recruiters, you may be ignoring opportunities that never get posted publicly.
Some of the best medical sales jobs never appear online, never make it to job boards, and never get advertised. They’re filled because somebody networked, followed up, contacted the right people, and positioned themselves as the obvious choice.
That’s not luck. It’s strategy — and it’s a strategy very few candidates know.
Lie #4
“I need years of experience before anyone will hire me.”
No. You need to look like someone who can become productive quickly. There’s a difference.
Hiring managers know every experienced rep was once inexperienced. The real question is: who looks like they can learn faster, adapt faster, produce faster, and create value faster?
Experience matters. But preparation often matters more.
Lie #5
“The best jobs are posted online.”
They’re not — at least not always.
Some of the best territories, distributors, and opportunities never get advertised. Hiring managers talk. Distributors talk. Reps move around. Territories open unexpectedly. And opportunities are often filled long before the public hears about them.
If your strategy is “wait for a posting,” you may already be too late.
Lie #6
“Once I get hired, they’ll teach me everything.”
This may be the most dangerous lie of all. Companies don’t want to spend months hoping you’ll figure it out. They want people who learn quickly, adapt quickly, understand healthcare and sales, and can create value as soon as possible.
Imagine two candidates. One says: “I’m eager to learn.” The other says:
“I already understand the medical sales environment. I have a sales process. I know how to uncover needs. I know how to follow up. I know how to think like a medical sales professional. Teach me your products and let me go to work.”
Which candidate would you hire? Exactly.
That’s why this program exists.
Because most candidates are trying to become more impressive. Our candidates become more prepared, more capable, more confident — and ultimately…
UNIGNORABLE™
Because when you stop believing the lies, you stop chasing opportunities…
and start becoming the kind of person opportunities chase.
Be Unignorable™
Most Candidates Ask
“Will Someone Give Me a Chance?”
Our Candidates Ask
“When Can I Start?”
That difference changes everything.
Most candidates are hoping. Hoping their résumé gets noticed. Hoping a recruiter calls. Hoping they say the right thing in the interview. Hoping someone sees their potential.
Hope is not a strategy. And hiring managers know it.
They can feel uncertainty. They can sense desperation. They can tell when someone wants the job… but isn’t prepared for the job.
And that’s why so many talented people get ignored. Not because they’re incapable. Because they don’t yet inspire confidence.
They don’t understand:
- how medical sales works.
- how healthcare professionals make decisions.
- how to uncover needs.
- how to follow up.
- how to think like a territory manager.
- how to create value.
So they walk into interviews hoping.
That’s not our philosophy. Our philosophy is:
BE UNIGNORABLE™
- Know the industry.
- Understand the customer.
- Learn how to sell.
- Develop the mindset.
- Master the process.
- Become the kind of person who creates value.
Stop asking:
“What do I say so they hire me?”
Start asking:
“What do I need to become so hiring me feels obvious?”
Because hiring managers aren’t looking for perfection. They’re looking for certainty.
“I’ve prepared.”
“I understand this industry.”
“I know what healthcare sales demands.”
“I know how to learn.”
“I know how to persist.”
“I know how to sell.”
“I know how to create value.”
That’s confidence. Not fake confidence. Not motivational-speaker confidence.
The kind of confidence that comes from competence. The kind of confidence that says:
“I belong here.”
When you become that person… something strange happens.
You stop chasing opportunities. You start attracting them.
- Recruiters take your calls.
- Hiring managers remember your name.
- Interviews become conversations instead of interrogations.
- You stop trying to prove yourself.
- And start demonstrating who you’ve become.
That’s what it means to be Unignorable™.
Not louder. Not pushier. Not more polished.
More prepared. More capable. More valuable.
You stop asking:
“Will someone give me a chance?”
And start asking:
“When can I start?”
That’s the moment everything changes.
The Real Secret
The Secret Isn’t Getting Hired. It’s Becoming the Person They Want to Hire.
Most candidates are focused on one question: “How do I get hired?”
That’s the wrong question. Because if you become the kind of candidate hiring managers desperately want… getting hired becomes a natural consequence.
Think about it. Why do companies hesitate to hire someone without medical sales experience? It’s not because they hate taking chances. It’s because they fear making a mistake.
They’re wondering:
- Can this person learn?
- Can they sell?
- Can they handle rejection?
- Can they build relationships?
- Can they develop a territory?
- Can they produce results?
- Or are they going to require months of training and hand-holding?
That’s why most candidates walk into interviews hoping.
Our candidates walk into interviews knowing.
“I understand how this industry works.”
“I understand healthcare professionals.”
“I understand the sales process.”
“I know how to uncover needs.”
“I know how to create value.”
“I know I can do this.”
That’s confidence. But not the fake kind. Not the “believe in yourself,” “manifest success,” “say affirmations in the mirror” kind of confidence.
The kind of confidence that comes from preparation, competence, and a proven system.
That’s why I created:
The Medical Sales Operating System™
Or as I like to call it… your unfair advantage.
Most training programs teach information. The Medical Sales Operating System teaches you how to think. How to sell. How to prepare. How to uncover needs. How to follow up. How to organize opportunities. How to think like an experienced medical sales professional long before most candidates ever get the chance.
This isn’t theory. It’s an operating system — a practical framework that simplifies the complexity of medical sales and helps you implement proven strategies immediately.
Pain Sonar™
A system for uncovering needs, asking better questions, understanding physician motivations, and helping healthcare professionals make confident decisions.
Storm™
A framework for preparing for sales calls, organizing opportunities, communicating value, following up effectively, and executing consistently.
Together, they create something incredibly powerful.
Not just knowledge. Not just skills. Not just confidence. They create:
CERTAINTY.
You stop wondering “What should I say?” You know.
You stop wondering “Can I do this?” You know.
You stop hoping “They give me a chance.” Because you begin to think:
“I know I can perform. I know I can create value. I know I belong here.”
And hiring managers feel that. They feel it in your interviews. They see it in your preparation. They hear it in your questions. They recognize it in your confidence.
Because confidence is contagious. But only when it’s real.
That’s why Break Into Medical Sales: The Insider Blueprint™ is different. I don’t help you pretend to be a medical sales professional. I help you become one. Before you’re ever hired.
Because when you become prepared… when you become competent… when you become certain… you become:
UNIGNORABLE™
And when that happens, the question is no longer “Will someone hire me?”
“The question becomes: Who do I want to work for?”
Old Candidate
The Medical Sales Operating System™
UNIGNORABLE™
Everything in One Place
Everything You Need to Become Unignorable™
Figuring out how to get into medical sales shouldn’t require piecing together your own education. Most candidates try to piece together their future — a résumé expert here, an interview coach there, a recruiter, a LinkedIn course, a YouTube video, a book, a podcast. That’s exhausting, and it’s one of the reasons so many talented people give up.
Break Into Medical Sales: The Insider Blueprint™ gives you everything in one place. Not just information — a complete transformation.
Personalized Hiring Coaching
You don’t have to figure this out alone. One-on-one coaching helps you position yourself correctly, avoid costly mistakes, navigate interviews, overcome obstacles, and stay accountable. And unlike many programs, we don’t disappear after a few calls — if you’re actively pursuing opportunities and following the process, we’ll keep working with you until you land your first medical sales position.*
Résumé Optimization
A great résumé won’t get you hired, but a bad one can absolutely prevent it. We’ll position you to highlight your strengths, transferable skills, experience, and readiness — so hiring managers think, “I need to interview this person.”
Interview Preparation
Most candidates walk into interviews nervous, uncertain, and hoping. Not our candidates. You’ll learn what hiring managers are really evaluating, how to answer difficult questions, how to position yourself, and how to demonstrate confidence without sounding rehearsed.
The Medical Sales Interview Simulator™
Practice interviews anytime, receive feedback, and improve quickly — developing the confidence that only comes from repetition. Because the best time to fail an interview is when it doesn’t count.
Live Mock Interview With Me
At some point, you have to get in the ring. Before the real interview, we’ll conduct a live mock interview designed to expose weak spots, blind spots, communication issues, and opportunities to improve. I’d rather challenge you than let a hiring manager do it.
The Medical Sales Operating System™
This changes everything. You won’t just learn medical sales — you’ll learn how to think, prepare, communicate, uncover needs, and execute like a professional long before most candidates ever get hired. Combining Pain Sonar™ and Storm™ to simplify medical sales and make implementation easier.
Lifetime Access to Medical Sales Academy™
Thousands of students have gone through Medical Sales Academy. You’ll get lifetime access to comprehensive training, real-world strategies, frameworks, workshops, and resources designed to help you succeed long after you get hired.
Optional Certification
Want another way to differentiate yourself? Take the Medical Sales Academy certification exam and become certified — during your job search. So you become more attractive without slowing your momentum.
Insider Strategies Most Candidates Never Learn
Some of the best medical sales jobs never get posted. You’ll learn how to identify hidden opportunities, contact hiring authorities, position yourself, and create opportunities before everyone else even knows they exist.
Accountability
Motivation is wonderful — until life gets in the way. You’ll document your progress, we’ll review your activity, and we’ll help keep you moving. Because consistency beats intensity, and persistence is one of the traits hiring managers value most.
This isn’t just a program.
It’s a transformation.
You won’t finish this thinking:
“I hope someone hires me.”
You’ll finish this thinking:
“I know exactly what I bring to the table.”
And that’s the moment you become:
UNIGNORABLE™
Why This Is Different
Why This Works When Other Programs Fail
Most programs try to help you:
- Look better.
- Sound better.
- Interview better.
- Write a better résumé.
- Optimize LinkedIn.
- Memorize answers.
- And hope for the best.
That’s not enough. And deep down… you already know it.
If looking good on paper was enough…
You’d already be hired.
If healthcare experience was enough…
You’d already be hired.
If sending more applications was enough…
You’d already be hired.
The problem isn’t that you’re incapable. The problem is that most programs are solving the wrong problem.
They’re asking:
“How do we make you look more attractive?”
I’m asking:
“How do we make you become the candidate hiring managers are already looking for?”
Those are not the same thing.
Think about the people who make hiring decisions. Their careers depend on making good hires. If they hire someone who needs constant supervision, can’t sell, can’t adapt, doesn’t understand healthcare, or can’t create value… they suffer the consequences.
So what do they look for? Not perfection. Not even experience.
They look for evidence.
Evidence that you:
- understand the industry,
- think like a sales professional,
- are resourceful,
- are coachable,
- know how to communicate,
- can learn quickly,
- and have the mindset to succeed.
Most Candidates Say
“I’m smart. Train me and I’ll figure it out.”
Our Candidates Say
“I understand healthcare sales. I know how to uncover needs. I know how to communicate value. I have a sales process. I have a system. Teach me your products and let me get to work.”
Do you see the difference?
One is asking for permission. The other is projecting certainty.
And certainty is magnetic. Hiring managers feel it. Recruiters feel it. Interviewers feel it.
Because confidence isn’t something you fake. It’s something you earn.
And when you’re trained by someone who literally wrote the book on medical sales, you stop trying to keep up with other candidates — you start setting the standard they’re trying to reach.
Most Candidates Are
Guessing. Hoping. Waiting to be picked.
Our Candidates Are
Preparing. Learning from someone who’s done it. Walking in with an unfair advantage.
And when you combine:
- ✔The Medical Sales Operating System™
- ✔Insider hiring strategies
- ✔Interview preparation
- ✔Accountability
- ✔Lifetime Medical Sales Academy access
- ✔One-on-one coaching
You stop presenting yourself as a hopeful applicant. And start presenting yourself as a future top performer.
That’s why this works. Because you’re not learning tricks. You’re changing who you are.
You become more prepared. More capable. More knowledgeable. More confident. More valuable.
You become:
UNIGNORABLE™
And once that happens… the question is no longer “Can I break into medical sales?”
“It’s: How far can I go?”
A True Story
If This Sounds Impossible… Let Me Tell You About Someone Everyone Else Overlooked.
One of the success stories I’m most proud of wasn’t someone with perfect credentials. She wasn’t a top salesperson. She didn’t have years of medical sales experience. In fact… she couldn’t even get past the résumé screening process.
She came to America only about twelve years before I met her. When she arrived, she didn’t speak English. Even years later… her English still wasn’t great. And unfortunately… the medical sales industry can be brutally unforgiving.
Recruiters overlooked her. Hiring managers overlooked her. Companies overlooked her.
Not because she wasn’t smart. She was. Not because she wasn’t hardworking. She absolutely was.
But because nobody could see what she was capable of becoming. They only saw who she was at that moment.
Most people would have told her: “This probably isn’t for you.” “Maybe try something else.” “Maybe your background isn’t right.”
I didn’t believe that. Because over the years, I’ve learned something important:
Hiring managers are not buying who you are today. They’re buying the person they believe you’ll become.
So we worked together. Not just on her résumé. Not just on interview skills. But on becoming the kind of person companies wanted to hire.
We worked on:
- her communication,
- her confidence,
- her positioning,
- her understanding of medical sales,
- her persistence,
- and her ability to present herself as someone who could create value.
Little by little… something changed. She stopped thinking:
“I hope someone gives me a chance.”
And started thinking:
“I know I can do this.”
That confidence wasn’t fake. It wasn’t motivational. It came from preparation. From competence. From becoming ready.
And eventually… she landed not one… but TWO medical sales positions.
You Do Not Need
- Perfect credentials.
- Perfect timing.
- Perfect confidence.
- Perfect circumstances.
You Need
- A willingness to learn.
- A willingness to do the work.
- A system.
- A strategy.
- And someone who understands what hiring managers are actually looking for.
Because I’ve seen this over and over again. The people who succeed aren’t always the smartest, the youngest, the most connected, or the most experienced.
They’re the people who decide:
“I’m done hoping.”
“I’m done waiting.”
“I’m going to become the person they can’t ignore.”
That’s why I created:
Break Into Medical Sales: The Insider Blueprint™
Because I don’t believe your future should be determined by your age, your background, your degree, or the mistakes you’ve made.
I believe your future should be determined by who you’re willing to become.
And if you’re willing to become more prepared… more capable… more confident… more valuable… then the question isn’t “Can I break into medical sales?”
HOW FAR CAN I GO?
Before You Apply…

But what if you’re wrong?
What if the problem isn’t your degree… your age… your healthcare background… or your experience? What if hiring managers are seeing risks… that you don’t even realize you’re projecting?
Because here’s the truth: Most candidates have blind spots. And if you don’t know the problem… you can’t fix it.

Honest Talk
Who This Is For… And Who It Isn’t.
Break Into Medical Sales: The Insider Blueprint™ is not for everyone. And that’s intentional.
Because I don’t want to help everyone. I want to help people who are serious about changing their future.
This Is For You If
- ✔ You have a bachelor’s degree… or understand that not having one may limit some opportunities, but you’re still determined to succeed.
- ✔ You’re a recent graduate who thought: “I did everything right. Why can’t I get hired?”
- ✔ You’re a healthcare professional — a nurse, a therapist, a technologist, or someone with clinical experience — who has realized medical knowledge alone doesn’t guarantee success in sales.
- ✔ You’re already in pharmaceutical sales and want to move into medical devices. Or vice versa.
- ✔ You’re in B2B sales and know you have the drive and work ethic, but need to understand how healthcare sales is different.
- ✔ You’re tired of sending résumés, waiting for callbacks, getting interviews but no offers, and watching months slip by.
- ✔ You’re coachable. Persistent. Resourceful. And willing to do the work.
Most importantly… this is for you if you’re done hoping. And ready to become the kind of candidate hiring managers can’t ignore.
This Is Not For You If
- ✘ You’re looking for a magic trick.
- ✘ You’re unwilling to learn.
- ✘ You think: “Once I get hired, they’ll teach me everything.”
- ✘ You refuse to practice, improve, follow up, or take responsibility for your success.
- ✘ You want someone to hand you a job. Because I can’t do that. And I won’t pretend I can.
- ✘ You quit easily.
What I can do is help you become more prepared, more capable, more knowledgeable, more confident, and more attractive to hiring managers than you are today.
Let’s be honest… Breaking into medical sales isn’t always easy.
The hiring process can be long, competitive, frustrating, and emotionally exhausting. You may spend weeks interviewing. Sometimes months. You may hear “No.” More than once. You may even reach a point where you think: “Maybe I should give up.”
I’ve watched talented people become discouraged, question themselves, and lower their expectations. And I’ve watched something else.
The people who eventually succeed aren’t always the smartest. They aren’t always the most experienced.
They’re the people who decide: “I will become the person this industry is looking for.” And then they refuse to quit.
If that sounds like you… if you’re willing to learn… to prepare… to become:
UNIGNORABLE™
Then I believe this may be one of the most important decisions you ever make.
My Commitment
I Won’t Quit On You… As Long As You Don’t Quit On Yourself.
Let’s talk about the elephant in the room. What if you join… and it takes longer than you expected? What if the first interview doesn’t lead to an offer? What if you face rejection? What if the hiring process drags on for months?
Because sometimes it does. Medical sales can be competitive. Hiring managers are careful. Some companies have long hiring cycles. And unfortunately… there are no guarantees about how quickly someone will hire you.
But there is something I can guarantee. I won’t abandon you in the middle of the process.
As long as you actively pursue opportunities, follow the process, do the work, and continue showing up…
I will continue working with you until you get hired.
Not because I’m obligated. Because I believe something deeply: Most people don’t fail because they lack potential. They fail because they lose confidence, they lose direction, or they quit right before things start to change.
I refuse to let that happen to people who are serious.
That doesn’t mean unlimited hand-holding. And it doesn’t mean you can disappear for six months and expect miracles. It means this:
- When you’re actively interviewing…
- When opportunities arise…
- When you need guidance…
- When you need help positioning yourself…
- When you need to prepare for an interview…
I’m here.
Because I know what it’s like to doubt yourself. I know what it’s like to be overlooked. I know what it’s like to wonder: “Am I ever going to break in?”
Sometimes the difference between success and failure isn’t talent. It’s having someone who knows the path… who believes in you… and who refuses to let you quit.
That’s the kind of support I wish I’d had. And it’s the kind of support I’ve built into Break Into Medical Sales: The Insider Blueprint™.
I’m not promising you’ll never hear “no.” I’m not promising the journey will always be easy. I am promising this: if you’re willing to become more prepared, more capable, more persistent, and more Unignorable™… then I will keep helping you until you achieve the goal you came here for.
Because I’m not interested in creating customers. I’m interested in creating future medical sales professionals. And I don’t quit on them.
The Real Math
What Is It Costing You to Stay Where You Are?
Let’s be honest. If you’ve been trying to figure out how to get into medical sales for months… you’ve already been paying a price.
Every month you wait… every interview that goes nowhere… every rejection… every opportunity you never knew existed… every day you spend wondering “What am I doing wrong?” — you’re paying for it.
Not just financially. Emotionally.
You’re paying in:
- Lost confidence.
- Lost momentum.
- Lost income.
- Lost opportunities.
- And perhaps worst of all… the quiet fear that maybe you’re just not cut out for this.
I don’t believe that. I believe most people fail because they don’t have a system, they don’t know what hiring managers are really looking for, and nobody taught them how to become the person companies want to hire.
That’s why I created:

$2,997
One-time payment.
No recurring coaching fees. No expensive upsells. No hidden surprises.
Financing is available through PayPal Credit — which means many candidates can spread payments out over time.
You may be thinking: “That’s a lot of money.” Maybe. But compared to what?
Compared to another year of frustration? Another year of rejection? Another year delaying a career where many entry-level medical sales professionals earn $90,000 or more? Another year wondering “What if?”
The most expensive decision isn’t investing in yourself. It’s staying stuck.
Because once you become more prepared… more capable… more confident… more valuable… you become:
UNIGNORABLE™
And opportunities have a funny way of finding people like that.
*Continued support applies to candidates actively pursuing legitimate opportunities and following the program process.
Peace of Mind
Our Guarantee
If you do the work, I stay with you until you get the job.
That’s not a money-back guarantee. It’s better. If you complete the program, actively pursue opportunities, document your outreach, and show up to your coaching sessions — and you still haven’t landed a position — I’ll continue supporting you until you do.
The only requirement is that you work the Blueprint. Candidates who go through the motions aren’t eligible. Candidates who do the work never have to wonder if they’ll make it.
Full guarantee terms are provided at enrollment. Signed agreement required.
Imagine It’s One Year From Today…
Two Versions of Your Future Exist
In the first version…
Nothing changes.
You’re still updating your résumé.
Still scrolling job boards.
Still wondering why recruiters don’t call.
Still hoping the next interview will finally be different.
Still telling yourself:
“Maybe I just need a little more experience.”
Another year goes by.
And every once in a while… you ask yourself:
“What if I had done something different?”
But in the second version…
You made a decision.
You stopped trying to look like a medical sales professional.
And you became one.
You learned how the industry really works.
You learned what hiring managers are actually looking for.
You learned how healthcare professionals think.
You developed confidence.
Not because someone motivated you.
Because you became competent.
You stopped walking into interviews hoping.
You started walking into interviews expecting.
You no longer ask:
“Will someone give me a chance?”
You ask:
“When can I start?”
And eventually… you get the call.
The offer.
The opportunity you’ve been chasing.
Your first territory.
Your first quota.
Your first big commission check.
The moment you realize: “I did it.”
And something else happens.
You stop thinking about:
How to get into medical sales.
And start thinking:
How far can I go?
Because that’s the secret.
This isn’t really about getting hired.
Getting hired is simply the beginning.
This is about becoming:
- more prepared,
- more capable,
- more confident,
- more valuable,
- and more certain of yourself than you’ve ever been.
It’s about becoming:
UNIGNORABLE™
To hiring managers. To recruiters. To healthcare professionals. To yourself.
I can’t promise exactly when someone will hire you.
I can’t promise the path will always be easy.
But I can promise this:
If you’re willing to learn…
If you’re willing to prepare…
If you’re willing to do the work…
I will show you the path.
And I will continue helping you as long as you’re committed to the journey.
Because after more than 40 years in healthcare and medical sales…
After hiring, training, coaching, and teaching thousands of professionals…
I’ve learned something important.
Most people don’t fail because they lack talent.
They fail because they never become the person they were capable of becoming.
Don’t let that be your story.
Become the candidate hiring managers can’t ignore.
Become the person who walks into interviews with certainty.
Become the future performer companies are looking for.

Frequently Asked Questions
Questions? We’ve Got Answers.
How long does it take to get hired?
There is no fixed timeline.
Some candidates land opportunities within weeks. Others take several months.
The timeline depends on factors such as your background, your location, the roles you’re pursuing, your persistence, and how effectively you implement the process.
What I can promise is this: As long as you’re actively pursuing opportunities and following the process, I will continue supporting you until you land your first medical sales role.
Do I need healthcare experience?
No. Healthcare experience can be helpful. But many successful medical sales professionals come from:
- B2B sales
- Recent college graduates
- Healthcare professions
- Pharmaceutical sales
- Business backgrounds
- Completely unrelated industries
What matters most is your willingness to learn, your ability to sell, and your commitment to becoming the person hiring managers want to hire.
Do I need a bachelor’s degree?
A bachelor’s degree is preferred and required for many positions.
If you don’t have one, opportunities may be more limited.
However, there are still paths into medical sales, particularly through certain distributors and specialized roles.
We’ll discuss your situation honestly during the application process.
Can I break into medical sales with zero sales experience?
Yes. Most people I work with have never carried a sales quota in their life.
What hiring managers actually want to see is coachability, drive, and the ability to build relationships — not a sales title on your resume.
This program shows you how to translate whatever experience you already have into the language hiring managers are listening for.
What’s the difference between medical device sales and pharmaceutical sales?
Medical device sales usually means selling equipment or technology directly to surgeons, hospitals, and clinics — often with hands-on clinical involvement, sometimes even in the OR.
Pharmaceutical sales focuses on promoting medications to physicians, with less hands-on demonstration and a different day-to-day rhythm.
Part of what we work through together is figuring out which path actually fits you — not just which one sounds more impressive.
Is this just résumé help?
Absolutely not. In fact, that’s one of the biggest problems with most “get hired” programs.
A great résumé is important. But hiring managers are looking for future performers.
This program combines:
- Hiring coaching
- Interview preparation
- Medical Sales Academy
- The Medical Sales Operating System™
- Insider hiring strategies
- Accountability
- Real-world medical sales frameworks
The goal isn’t to make you look better. It’s to help you become better prepared.
Should I just apply on my own before investing in training?
You can. Plenty of people do.
But medical sales hiring managers see hundreds of applicants who all say the same things and prepare the same generic way.
Training and coaching don’t guarantee a job. What they do is close the gap between “qualified” and “chosen” — which is usually where good candidates get stuck.
Is certification required?
No. Certification is optional.
You can pursue it while you’re actively interviewing and applying.
The goal is to make you more attractive to hiring managers without slowing your momentum.
How is this different from a resume service or a recruiter?
A resume service fixes one document. A recruiter works for the employer, not for you.
This program combines Medical Sales Academy training, a dedicated Getting Hired curriculum, and one-on-one coaching for your resume and interview prep — a complete, guided path instead of a single fix.
What if I’ve been trying for a long time?
You’re not alone.
Many candidates come to me after months — or even years — of frustration. They’re burned out. Discouraged. And wondering if medical sales is even possible for them.
That’s exactly why this program exists.
To help you stop guessing. Stop hoping. And start becoming Unignorable™.
Still have questions?
Apply and we’ll discuss your situation honestly.
A Personal Note
If you’ve read this far…
I want you to know something.
I know how frustrating it is to feel overlooked.
I know what it’s like to believe:
“If I just knew a little more…”
“If I just had one opportunity…”
“If someone would just give me a chance…”
I also know that medical sales can completely change your life.
I’ve seen it happen.
I’ve lived it.
And I’ve helped others do it.
If you’re serious…
If you’re coachable…
If you’re willing to become the person this industry is looking for…
I’d be honored to help you.
